Integration with Eddi

Eddi allows realtime monitoring of Solar PV generation (and, if additional CT clamp is used) export to the grid via an unofficial API. The API input should be used to trigger the charging of the car. Possible complexities - not everyone will use both CT clamps; some folks will have the charger connected to the consumer board, some folks will have it connected afterwards etc.
